I’m crushed… my favorite girl, Gemma passed away this morning. She was such a bright spot in my day. My Valentine’s present from Jeff long ago. Gemma was with us for nearly nine years, she will be sorely missed. The herd will not be the same. Hope they give her tons of cookies in Heaven! (Gemma is on the right on the spool, next to her doelings, Beth Ann and Jolene.)

Well we are sad to say we are downsizing our herd... in the coming days we will be posting pictures with information about each goat. We are asking that the does go in PAIRS as they transition into new herds better that way. We are asking $500 for a pair of our older does. Our juniors will be slightly higher priced.

We are downsizing...

It is with great sadness to announce we will be reducing our herd size this year. Because of job changes, economy and other such happenings we are forced as many others to downsize our herd. So in the next couple of weeks I will be posting pictures of our various stock for sale. We only bred 5 girls this past fall and only one took. So our only kid we will be offering is Buster, a blue eyed, moonspotted, disbudded buckling. He will be sold at intact price - even if he is sold as a wether. All of our stock is tested and negative for CL, CAE, Johnes, and Brucellosis. We have a closed herd and have strived to have the best of the best that we can afford. From the high LA scores to the milk stand we have kept only the best. We will be offering the does as pairs, as they adjust better to new herds in pairs. So keep your eyes peeled on our page if you are interested in a new buckling kid, yearling does, of "breeding age" does, and new herd sires!

Wooo Hoooo!!! We have our list prepared and ready to go. 15 Does are set to be bred in August for kidding in December kids will be able to leave at 7 weeks old for bucklings/wethers, doelings at 8 weeks.

Blue Eyes, Moonspots, Polled, Disbudded, Swiss, Multi-colored, EXCELLENT Milk Lines, High LA Scores, and Champion Show lines, we have it all! Just let us know what you desire and we will contact you when the kids arrive. When you are on the Reservation List you get:

First pick of all available kids.
No Money Down until the kids are 5 weeks old, once the kids reach 5 weeks old a 1/2 down NON-Refundable deposit is due.
Pictures and videos to follow along with your chosen kids growth.
ADGA Registered Kid - Please keep in mind you will need to transfer the kid onto your farm. We pay the registration fee, you pay the transfer fee in your own time. 😉

Our herd is a totally CLOSED herd. Meaning no other goats are allowed on our farm and we have strict rules about visitors to our farm and what they are allowed to touch. We do this to ensure that no disease transmission occurs accidentally. Our goats do NOT leave the farm unless they are going to the veterinarian. All of our stock has been test for and is negative for CL, CAE, Johnes and Brucellosis.

Prices for our kids are as follows:
Wethers: $175
Bucklings: start at $275 and go up, PLUS any genetic testing costs involved in registering the buckling with the ADGA per the ADGA guidelines.
Doelings: start at $400 and go up.
