Mac got here late last week! He’s a 12 year old husky.

He’s here primarily for his anxiety. His family just bought a new house and so worried about him destroying it like the old one.
We will be focusing on place and crate training. We want him to learn how to calm himself and be safe in the crate when his family his gone.

He also pulls on the leash but he has really good obedience!

Maz is here for our ultimate family board and train.

She’s an approximately 9 month old German shepherd whose background isn’t really known. She’s had a rough start to life being on a very short chain a lot of her life.

Her new family wants to give her the best start to her new life and manners is on the list! She loves to jump and be right on your leg at all times. So far she knows sit and she’s working on a good wait. I’m thrilled she’s here to learn with us!

We allow our dogs to dig in the garden and the woods to allow them an outlet for that need! We have a couple who love it and try to dig where they aren’t suppose to so we call them off and they leave their holes lol

June 13th we will be hosting an agility clinic!! I will post info on Monday but message me if interested! It will be a 10-2 we will work on foundation agility work and walk through each obstacle with the dogs, ending with a full course run through! (Besides teeter and weaves)

Who would be interested in a pack walk May 30th?? Would be morning in Big rapids

We do require you be training with us previously/or currently. This walk is to socialize the dogs properly and learn to walk in a group setting. This is not a play/interaction walk.

We are officially underway!!

We have one dog yard closed, cleaned out and we’ve started bringing in dirt and leveling. The plan is to level as best we can ourselves, add pea stone for proper drainage and then put down the artificial turf! We have stone being dropped off Monday! So exciting for our dogs!! This has been a goal for two years now 🫣
This is going to significantly reduce the amount of dirt that clings to your dogs and gets all over not only my house but yours lol.

We will be emailing out a pretty big promotion to clients to help us get both yards done before end of June! We will have each yard closed one after the other so that we can still accommodate the dogs booked. ❤️🐾

Putter is here for vacation!

He is one of our regular boarding dogs. He has done some training with us and has acclimated so beautifully here!!
He’s one that I would get a little stressed about having as he’s part hound and liked to play keep away from putter. He now comes every time he’s called and gets to be outside lose with my dogs ❤️

Star being groomed yesterday! She’s a hoot.. I introduce all dogs to the dryer after a bath. I love the difference in their coats vs air drying. They end up with more volume and looking super fluffy. Plus it blows out all the loose shed

She looks so sad in the first photo but so happy in the second lol. Just goes to show photos can be deceiving 🤣😍
