A little back story why my piebald 10 month old female is available again and a lesson to people. I had a man that was sent to me as a reference from Chicago bulldog club. He claimed to have had 60 AKC champions under his belt. I asked around to all my friends that I show with and no one had heard of him, no big deal because he wasn’t looking to breed or show so I wasn’t concerned with his tall tale. He had a deposit on her and a few weeks later (this past sunday) he came to pick her up. After saying how great she looked and he asked if he could look at her bite, I said of course, she has a perfect bite. He looks and immediately said I think I will pass. I said okay what is the problem. He says “ She has an underbite”. He then states that the top and bottom teeth should line up. I was shocked! I told him an underbite is a standard of AKC, he could look it up on his phone. I brought out a book of bulldog standards to him with illustrations. He still wanted to argue with me. He said I have had 60 championship, I told him that it was hard to believe that considering that he doesn’t know the standards of English bulldogs and that no one that has shown in the past 50 years has heard of you. I tell him thanks for the visit and I take Bristol in the house and close the door. I don’t mind educating people, I’m never rude but I’m not wasting my time with a liar. I just really think he was upset that I called him out on his bu****it in front of his wife. The picture below is from the bulldog club of America, you can see it at the bottom of the page.

I’m sorry I didn’t keep everyone updated about the trio of boys. They were spoken for very fast as most of my puppies are. Two will be going to their forever home this weekend and the reverse brindle boy (bottom right) will be going to my good friend Kelly to be starting his show career soon. I do have a breeding with my show girl Hadassah in the next week if anyone wants to plan for a puppy from me. Message me for details.

Hadassah’s daughter V***n is now starting her show circuit. I think she will do better when she learns she isn’t a scent dog and keep her head up in the ring lol. She had fun doing her little prancing around the ring. We have 6 more shows planned this month for both V***n and her mom Hadassah.
