Why are they so expensive? I bought the parents of these chicks for $20-$25 as chicks from reputable breeders and higher end hatcheries. It has taken me 3 plus years to finally get true olive eggers as I’ve bred these myself. These are not tractor supply birds. They all lay true Olive and Dark Brown eggs.

I was able to take my two girls out to their first horse show this past weekend. I am so proud of them for listening and using everything we’ve been working on! And while I don’t currently have a leather show halter to fit Mochas giant head and my shoe clothes don’t fit my giant belly, I am pretty happy that I was able to take Mocha out and do a few in hand classes with him. Thank you Honey Lake Valley Riders, Janesville for putting on a great show!

- Ages 8 and up
- Horses can be provided
- Standish
- If you have your own horse you must be willing to travel to me.
- Lessons are $60 a session or $50 if you are attending more than once a week.

🐔MEAT BIRDS🐔- would love to get a headcount of how many would be interested in purchasing a bird to throw in the freezer! This will help us order chicks accordingly.
Our birds will be 100% antibiotic and chemical free!

For those who don't know, we will be following the practices of holistic regenerative farming!
Holistic regenerative farming is based off of indigenous ecological wisdom and prioritizes our soil, human, livestock, and environment's wellbeing.

A few ways we will incorporate this into our everyday life is; minimal to no tillage, our compost piles and compost tea brewer, crop rotation, cover cropping, and rotational grazing for our livestock.
A great person to listen to for more in depth information is Joel Salatin, he's been a giant inspiration so far. 🙏

Things are about to get busy around here for us! Our hens should be dropping eggs any day and it's about time to get garden prep going!
