This sweet girl, Snow, is just 2 years old—and scared of everything. She was not a happy camper from the severe matting that even Petsmart turned her away, saying they couldn’t help her.

That’s when they called me.

With a calm, patient approach and years of experience, I was able to gently remove the painful mats without traumatizing her. No sedation, no drama—just trust, kindness, and the right touch.
