We welcomed a wonderful horse named Houdini today!
He made a few new friends, and was able to get his feet trimmed.
Now he is tucked in for the night, munching on his hay ❤️

Horses are happily munching on their extra filled hay nets in their stalls with blankets and extra bedded stalls
We stocked up on shavings, hay, alfalfa, and extra filled water buckets in the barn.
The tack room is nice and toasty to keep everyone warm and the water flowing!
We may have went over board but everyone is happy ❤️🐴

Even one of our boarders put carrots in the horses dinner 😂❤️🥰

We have ONE stall available Feb 1st!
Self care offered or full care

Our farm consists of a WONDERFUL group of people and we are very selective who will join us!

Full care stall includes; quality hay, grain, stall and sawdust, all amenities offered, holding for farrier/vet, blanketing and all special care requested.
Horses are stalled daily depending on season for schedule
Full care is $450
You provide your own grain $400

Self care: Dry stall with sawdust included, Private dry lot and field turn out. Round bales are included during winter/ fall/ spring months (as needed) All amenities are available $200

We are a small, quiet, and relaxing environent. We have riders from all disciplines, and horses ranging from youngsters to enjoying retirment.

We are a 46 acre property, with many amenities. We offer our sand arena filled with dressage letters, jumps, cavelettis, and barrels.
We have a large round pen with sand footing as well!
We have a bon fire pit, that is beyond wonderful to relax after a great ride.
We have two wash stalls, and tack room to store your belongings.
We have trails available to be ridden!

Every owner has the ability to park one trailer on property for no charge.

We have an educated and experienced trainer that travels to the farm weekly. Your trainer is also welcome to the farm!!

We ensure horse and owner happiness.

Communication is key for us, we never close our gates for our boarders.

The farm is survallianced by cameras 24/7

Here at Cozy Corner, we charge a flat rate for our services, we do not charge per item/or service.

Cozy Corner has one single person who attends the farms care, morning and night. We do not have numerous hands on the horses. We believe it is best care when the care is consistent and knowledgeable.
