A very special thank you to Bel Air Social and and Dogfriendlystl for a great afternoon at Bel Air Sunday Social - Rescue Edition!

Pam Edson introduced me to Bel Air Social and it has the most amazing vibe there. I would really like to try and go there for a social gathering for a little down time. The ambience is sooooo nice! The staff are incredibly friendly. And, it is a dog friendly venue !

Last Sunday, I met Kate and little Penelope at St. Louis Pup Crawl. I was so delighted to run into them today! I got to spend the afternoon getting to know both of them well. And naturally, I got to love on little Penelope. She is just darling and oh-so-cute !!

We also got to see .miso.4ever and !

As we all wrapped up our afternoon, I had a chance to catch up with as well. If you haven't had a chance to check out her products, you should ! And on top of that, she is super nice and always has Paige, her adorable maltipoo with her!

This Thursday, Barkuterie Shop will be onsite at Plaza Tire Service in Chesterfield for the Feed the Masses donation drive.

I would really love to show up with donations on the bus. I know it is sometimes hard to squeeze in extra stops on top of a busy week.

So! I have a proposal.

If you want to Venmo me, I will share in full transparency.
I will go to Costco and buy everything
I will post proof of money received, costco receipt and video of loading the bus
I will post video of unloading the items to contribute to Plaza Tire Service's donation drive

Yesterday while at VEG St Peters Trunk or Treat, I got to see one of my past veterinarians and vet tech team members, Dr Woodworth and Sheri Turner.

Dr Woodworth has joined VSS emergency care and she works a couple days at Hawk Ridge in Lake St Louis.

Sheri is at Howdershell Animal Clinic, which has taken care of my doggies since I moved to St Louis in 1997. They have provided incredible care for all of my pets even through some of the most perplexing situations. They are the ones that help me give the best quality of life to the seniors and end of life dogs that I adopt. They have never treated my seniors like they are less than deserving.

I am so blessed to have such an incredible relationship with my clinic which has been built over time thanks to mutual respect, professionalism, compassion, humanity and just honestly being good human beings.

Please be kind to your veterinary staff. I adore mine and will stand up for them any time I am put in the position to do so. I am so lucky to have them in my life.
