Did you know itâs VETERINARY RECEPTIONIST WEEK!?! At Rock Road Animal Hospital, our reception team is truly the glue that holds everything together. These incredible women are the first friendly voices you hear on the phone and the warm smiles that greet you at the door - often juggling phone calls, wagging tails, and worried pet parents all at once, yet somehow making it look easy. They keep the hospital running smoothly, balancing schedules, calming nerves, and making sure every client and patient feels cared for the moment they walk in. What makes them even more special is how well they all genuinely get along! They support each other, laugh together, and step in whenever someone needs a hand. That kind of teamwork doesnât just make for a happy front desk - it creates a better experience for everyone who walks through our doors. Quite simply, we couldnât do it without them!
