At Luxury Fur Babies Grooming Studio, we value both your time and ours. To keep appointments running smoothly, we have the following policy regarding late arrivals:
• Grace Period: Clients are allowed a 10-minute grace period after their scheduled appointment time.

• Late Fee: If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, a $10 late fee will be added to your total.

• Cut-Off Time: If your dog is not inside by the 15-minute mark, the appointment will be canceled.

• Deposits: In the event of a cancellation due to tardiness, no deposit will be refunded.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us provide the best possible care and service for every pet.

Notice to All Clients Effective Immediately

As an in-home groomer, I provide services directly where I live. To protect both my home environment and the comfort of all pets I groom, I can no longer accept dogs that have fleas.

👉 If your dog arrives with fleas, or is found to have fleas during the grooming process, you will be contacted and must pick up your dog immediately. Please note that any deposit paid will not be refunded in this situation.

If you suspect your pet may have fleas, please have them treated before scheduling an appointment. This ensures a safe, clean, and stress-free environment for every dog in my care.
