You might have walked in the last couple weeks and noticed that there was a whole section empty.... and a whole category just missing....

Well, that's because behind the scenes we have been working up something fun.

SuperZoo was the perfect time for us to sit down face to face with our rep and talk strategy.

We have loved Vital Essentials already with their Raw Bar and their frozen entrees and we wanted to offer more of their products to you!

We love that their products are whole animal protein, and thats it! No fillers that offer no nutritional value.

So, soon, that empty space will be a full Vital Essentials freeze dried line with proteins including beef, chicken, turkey, duck, lamb, pork, salmon, etc.

And yes, we are even expanding their treat line, as well!

The raw bar will stay where it is....

But soon you will have more options to with even more quality ingredients.

And remember the 20% rule we talk about? Yeah, they even have a cool visual for it.

So stay tuned for all things Vital. Rumor has it, they have some fun things happening in the freezer section, too 👀

Today I will be in Vegas learning all about ways to bring you, the consumer, a better experience.

I will be in class all day (while a big giant pool is outside calling my name,mind you!) listening to experts in this field teach me better ways to run my business. And boy, will I be hanging on to every word! I love learning, and I love to learn ways to make your time in my shop better.

What other pet shop is doing that for you?

Think about that!

I can't wait to bring back all my knowledge to you guys!
Over the next couple of days, I will also be showing you all the cool things im seeing down here that I will be bringing home to you!

Led by our incredible trainer Taylor—who specializes in positive, reward-based methods—this two-part class is designed to gently guide shy, anxious, or easily overwhelmed dogs through exercises that boost their confidence and help them thrive.

The class will take place on Thursday, August 21st and 28th at 6:00 PM. The full two-session program is just $100, and includes both dates. Space is limited to keep the setting relaxed and focused, so be sure to grab your spot early! Whether your dog is nervous on walks, unsure around new people, or just needs a little boost, this class is a great step toward helping them feel more secure and happy.
