Attention Pampered Pups Clients
We will be making a change to one of our current policies. With so many clients showing up late to their appointments lately, we will be charging $15 per dog if you are 15 minutes or more past your appointment time. I want to remind everyone that we may not be able to groom your dog that day if you are more than 15 minutes late, in which case the appointment would be cancelled and considered a no show. Please be respectful of my groomers and our appointment times, and show up on time to your scheduled appointments.

Hello everyone.
We will be opening the schedule for 2026 sometime in October. I wanted to explain to everyone who pre books their appointments for the year that we will be doing something different for 2026. We will book everyone through the whole year, but we will only be giving you a printout for January-June. Then, come May, we will give printouts for July-December. We are trying this because it’s not fair for me to ask my groomers to have their entire year planned out that far in advance. Also, the groomers have some summer vacations they are planning but don’t have the dates set yet. By doing it this way, if any changes need to be made, we can just make adjustments to the schedule without having to call and rearrange with every one. Thank you for your understanding.

The city has started tearing up the driveway to our salon on Rosedale. For the time being, you will have to enter and exit from Avalon St.
