Hey, so tomorrow is my birthday, and I would be oh, so grateful if you could help me take care of the rescue rascals here at Mr. Big Stuffโ€™s Stray Cat Sanctuary. ๐Ÿ˜ป

Iโ€™m still trying to decide whether to take this thing up a notch and make it a legit nonprofit. (Decisions are hard!) ๐Ÿ˜น

In the meantime, weโ€™re once again accepting donations of food and litter to help keep these former neighborhood strays and formerly feral felines happy and healthy this winter.

We are thrilled to report that Lilโ€™ Big Stuff has been adopted!

Our little buddy went to his furever home on Monday, and we even got to visit him yesterday!

Heโ€™s doing great, and now he has a new name: Lilโ€™ Big Stuff shall now be known as Rudy!

This gentle ginger, appropriately 2 years old, was recently found roaming the mean streets of St. Clair Shores looking for a bite to eat.

At first, he was pretty scrawny and a lilโ€™ rough around the edges. But now that heโ€™s been neutered and showered with affection by his foster family, heโ€™s gone from ferocious tiger to lovable lap-cat in just a few short weeks.

Now Lilโ€™ Big Stuff knows how to use the litter box, he loves having his ears scratched, and heโ€™s as affectionate as any barn cat weโ€™ve ever seen.

And boy, can he purr! ๐Ÿ˜ป

While his foster fam continues to socialize him and fatten him up, heโ€™s still largely living the barn life. But he's also spent some time indoors getting acquainted with our domestic kitties, and it's gone quite well.

Still, Lilโ€™ Big Stuff is hoping to find his furever indoor home ASAP, and he'd gladly keep your lap warm all winter!
