โจBehind every great show, thereโs a little chaosโฆ and sometimes a double chaos. โจ
This photo is very special to me ๐ฅน the last moment of us three together, and also the last day of the Appaloosa World Show.
It was challenging, hectic, emotional, beautifulโฆ and full of unforgettable moments ๐. Thatโs how I would describe this yearโs World Show.
๐ฅIโm truly grateful I could be a part of the Lee Bennett Performance Horses team again this year, and that I had the chance to work with these two. ๐ค They are complete opposites โ each one needed a different type of preparation, different tools, and a different pace. But both are unique ๐ฆ, and both taught me so much. Iโm very thankful for everything they gave me.
๐ซOn the left is Chromed Out PeptoโQuigley๐ซ
A sensitive, kind horse with a big heart. I showed him at the World Show mainly to give him more experience, and every time he entered the arena, he made a small step forward. He tried so hard, and every bit of progress meant a lot to me. And in the end, he found his new, loving owners there โ exactly the kind he deserves.
๐ฅOn the right is Skeeter O Lenaโ Skeeter๐ฅ
An amazing, honest, talented horse with a huge heart. He gave absolutely everything in every class. He won everything he could, and when he didnโt win, he was still among the best. Iโm incredibly proud of him, and he will always be very special to me ๐ฆ.
These two were my daily โchaosโ, but also my joy, my inspiration, and a reminder of why I love this work so much. ๐ฅฐ
๐ Thank you ๐
