Fun Fact Of The Day: Here at Woodland, we have an entire room stocked with prescription diets for dogs and cats! We carry Hill's Prescription Diet and Royal Canin Veterinary Diet foods to support a variety of medical needs - from urinary and kidney support to digestive issues, food sensitivities, weight management, and more.

Because our food room isn't in the typical path for most patient visits, many of our clients don't realize the breadth of food we have available in stock. So if your pet is already on a prescription diet, check with us before placing your next order. We may have exactly what you need right here at the clinic.

And if you're wondering whether a prescription diet could help with your pet's medical needs...just ask us! We are happy to help determine what diet may be appropriate to maximize your little one's long term health.

It’s a bittersweet time at the clinic as we say goodbye to two wonderful members of our team who are heading off to start exciting new chapters!

Laura is leaving us to begin veterinary school! If you visited us in the mornings or early afternoons, you probably saw Laura helping with just about every aspect of the clinic. She has been someone we could always count on—steady and adaptable, and rarely rattled no matter what the day threw at us. She has a great sense of humor and loves to laugh, especially during those slightly awkward moments when everyone else is trying to figure out what to say. Her ability to roll with whatever comes her way, jump in wherever she’s needed, and keep things light along the way has made her such an important part of our team. We know those qualities will serve her well in veterinary school and throughout her career as a veterinarian. We’re incredibly excited to see where this next chapter takes her, but we’re definitely going to miss having her here.

Josilynn is heading to South Dakota to start college! If you’ve called or stopped by in the evenings, chances are you were greeted by Josilynn. Her bubbly personality and huge smile are hard to miss, and she has a way of bringing a little extra happiness wherever she goes. Whether she was at the front desk welcoming clients or helping out elsewhere in the clinic, her energy has been a bright spot in our days.

We’re sad to lose two familiar faces, but incredibly excited for what comes next for both of them. Please help us wish Laura and Josilynn lots of luck as they head off to school and begin their next adventures. We’ll miss you both! ❤️
