Hello! Dog Trainer Anna Schuth here and I would be delighted to work with you and your pup(s). I’m located in the Georgetown /Lexington KY area and I love working with all dogs in all shapes and sizes. In my sessions, we cover basic obedience/manners (included but not limited to sit, down, implied stay, touch/come, place, heel, leave it, watch me, and jump/off) as well as any behavioral issues you’d like to discuss (for example, excessive barking, jumping, chewing on things they shouldn’t, potty training, anxiety/fear, and reactivity around people of other dogs). Hello! My name is Anna Schuth and I’m a trainer with Brit’s Dog Training. I’ve been a formal dog trainer for about four years now, but my passion for dogs and training has been present my whole life. I like to focus my sessions more around teaching you as the dog parent how to train. That way, even when we are done with our sessions, you can continue to train and work with your pup and build your bond. in addition to teaching basic obedience, I have tons of experience, training, service, dogs, therapy, dogs, and working behavioral issues like dog reactivity, jumping, excessive, barking, and more. Hi! My name is Maria and I’m a dog trainer for Brit’s Dog Training. I’m currently accepting new clients for both our in-home training and board and train programs. Both programs teach basic obedience and troubleshoot common problems you may experience with your own pup, such as: potty training, nipping, jumping on visitors, crate training, barking, etc.
A little about me:
In college, I double majored in Elementary Education and Special Education. I conducted an action research project on Applied Behavior Analysis and fell in love with ABA, which is the foundation for training new behaviors through reinforcement in both kids and pups. As an elementary teacher, I used ABA daily in my classroom. In 2020, I met Brit through a friend and began training for BDT. Since then, I’ve worked with countless families helping them effectively train, establish boundaries, and connect with their dog on a deeper level.
This is a picture of my own pup last October when she earned all three tiers of her Canine Good Citizen titles and two Trick Dog titles in one day!

Hello! I'm Anna Schuth. I have two pups at home- my own little doodle girl and a foster pup whom I'm training to be a service dog for a little girl! Our training sessions are very flexible to your needs, but I especially love to help with separation anxiety, crate training, and heel. I love working with both large and small breed dogs and look forward to teaching you how to train your dog and build that bond between you to be even stronger!

Hi there! My name is Rachel and I have been with Brit’s Dog Training facilitating in-home training since 2020. I live in the northwest suburbs of Indianapolis with my husband, Nathan, our dog, Indie and two cats, Blue and Stuart. I was born and raised in the suburbs of Chicago and attended the University of Kentucky where I received my bachelor’s degree in Psychology and went on to earn my master’s degree in Recreational Therapy from Southern Illinois University.
While attending the University of Kentucky, I was a volunteer trainer for a nonprofit organization that trains service dogs for children and veterans with disabilities. During this time, I learned the basics of obedience, task training and how to address common behaviors dogs often display. Imagine that you accidentally drop something on the floor (Example: a pill) and your dog is next to you. That pill could be extremely dangerous for your pup if you don’t pick it up in time. In our sessions we focus on “leave it”, here it’s being used as practice or in the future as a cool trick. What you don’t know is that this command could potentially be life saving for your pup. If that pill drops and you say leave it, that gives you plenty of time to pick up that pill and praise your dog for a job well done❤️ If you are interested in teaching “leave it” message our page and we will get you in touch with a trainer 🐶
