20% More Homes on the Market??!! 🫣

For the second straight week, all three key metrics moved up which is right in line with what we typically see as the market comes out of the holiday slowdown.

📈 New Listings: 236 (up from 164)
📈 New Contracts: 170 (up from 139)
📈 Closings: 137 (up from 109)

We’ll still see some normal week-to-week ups and downs from here, but the overall trend is pointing in the direction we’d expect as momentum builds toward the spring market.

One more stat worth paying attention to 👇
The total number of active listings is now 2,231, up from 1,853 this time last year, a 20.4% year-over-year increase. More inventory means more choice for buyers and more competition for sellers, making preparation and strategy especially important.

If a spring move is on your radar, now is the time to start planning. And if timing says now instead of later, we’re ready for that too.
