It’s hard to believe that it’s Midwest Charity Horse Show time again. In fact, it’s our 85th anniversary. Last year, thanks to you, coverage of our show was a success and we want to repeat that success again.
Among considerations uppermost in our minds, as in yours, is providing an environment that promotes the safety of our equine exhibitors and friends and yet provides circumstances that enable the success of our equine press publications.
Any publication providing coverage on competition grounds must sign in and secure press passes as soon as you arrive on the fairgrounds.
Any publication selling photos, including candids, must obtain and fill out a vendor application.
Please review the policy and share with your publication’s other representatives so everyone can abide by this policy. Also, please see our statement from the prize list below. Your press passes will be available to sign for in the horse show office.
If you have any questions, please feel free to contact Margaret Strano at 217-494-1215 or Carole Kennedy at 217-414-1900.
Thank you for your attention and we look forward to seeing you during the 2026 Midwest Charity Horse Show.
