As most horse people are aware, there is currently an EHV-1 outbreak that has the equine community across the country on high alert. The outbreak began at a competition in Waco, Texas early this month, and has primarily propagated within Texas and Oklahoma.

Now to provide some peace of mind to all of our clients…
We have not taken any horses to a show since late October and none of our horses have left the state since July. The barn is also closed to any new horses at this time.
Although our risk is low, we have taken additional steps to ensure the health and safety of all horses in our care including sanitizing all water buckets and feed pans and continuing to keep a close eye on all horses for any signs of illness. All of our horses will also be receiving an extra vaccine booster.

Our thoughts are with everyone affected by this outbreak and we hope it comes to an end soon, but until then, please keep your horses safe and loved at home!

With most schools starting back next week, it’s time to enjoy some pictures from last week’s “Beach Vacation” camp, our last (and biggest) summer camp of the year.
As usual, the campers all had a blast! Favorite activities included the horse tack fashion show, the riding obstacle course, and of course the horse decorating competition. We also beat the August heat with the water slide, water ballon battleship, and homemade horse popsicles!
The week was also extra special because it fell over miss Grace’s birthday! That meant celebrating with pizza and cookie cake for everyone!
Special thanks to Anna for spending one of her last weeks of summer helping us out!

All of our 2025 summer camps were spectacular this year! We are forever grateful for having such amazing clients/campers, workers/helpers, and of course the best horses around!

Another Youth Nationals is in the books for Fountain View Farm! It was a long, hot couple of weeks, but it was full of so much fun with all our two and four legged friends! We are so proud of our riders, who all rode their butts off, and our horses, who all gave so much heart and worked so hard for their girls!

Jason for giving Trystan the opportunity
to show such an incredible horse!
⭐️ Eva and Molly closing out the show, and
closing out Eva’s youth riding career, with an
absolutely beautiful ride in the Half-Arabian
Park JTR! It was so much fun to watch!

Stay tuned for photos and updates from Arabian Youth Nationals, which officially starts tomorrow! But until then, enjoy these photos from our “Wild West” week of camp earlier this month. Once again, the campers all had a blast and the horses were such good sports! We are so grateful for all of our wonderful school horses, they are truly priceless!
We will be closing out the summer next month with one more week of camp… “Beach Vacation” week!

Well, “Pink Pony Club” camp was a major hit! In addition to riding, some of the most popular activities among campers included decorating/dressing up the horses, playing water balloon battleship, and even dyeing a horse pink!
I think it’s safe to say that “Pink Pony Club” week has secured its spot as one of next year’s summer camp themes!
The horses are enjoying a well-deserved week off before next week’s “Wild West” camp!
