What you’ll be doing:
• Greeting clients
• Answering phones & scheduling appointments
• Checking patients in and out
• Helping keep the front desk running smoothly

• Have a positive attitude and great people skills
• Can multitask in a busy environment
• Are comfortable with computers
• Have customer service experience (vet experience is a bonus, not required!)

We are looking to hire a veterinary technician in our Springfield or Redwood Falls office who is either certified or working towards their certification. All levels of experience are welcome to apply. We are a private locally owned mixed animal practice with 5 doctors. Our clinic offers an in-house lab, digital radiographs, general anesthesia, small animal ultrasound and a large animal haul-in facility. Technicians assist in surgery as well as with appointments, perform lab tests, administer medications and treatments as prescribed among other responsibilities. Benefits include a 401k with employer match, health insurance, employee discount, paid time off and a 4 day work week with a rotating Saturday schedule. We would love for you to join our team! “In remembrance of Shiloh’s six year passing on 7/20/18. The Shiloh project would like to give away one free neuter in his honor.

There is no purchase necessary. However, there are a few rules.
1. You must be a client of Riverside Animal Clinic
2. The cat/kitten MUST be an outside farm/feral feline (the purpose of this is to control the pet population)
3. The winning cat/kitten MUST be orange and white (as that was Shiloh’s colors)
4. You must post a picture of your orange and white feline on this post with its name.

Both the Springfield and Redwood Falls offices will be closing at 3pm on Wednesday, April 24th for a staff meeting. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding. Emergency services will still be available if needed.

With the transition into our new software complete we also gained a new reminder and communication platform and will no longer be using televet flow/otto for appointment and medication requests. There is an app called MyPetsWellness that can track your pets appointments, vaccine reminders and communicate with the clinic. In order to get started once you have downloaded the app please call or email the clinic to receive an activation code. If you would like to bypass the app, the other way to communicate is that you can respond directly to any communications you receive from the clinic such as vaccine or appointment reminders. Please reach out with any questions and we hope this helps us better serve our current and future clients!

“Happy Valentines Day from Shiloh! With spring just around the corner, the Shiloh project would once again like to help control the pet population. The Shiloh project is giving away one free cat spay and one free cat neuter.

*This giveaway is for farm/feral outdoor cats only!* (Indoor cats are not eligible as this is for population control)
