Meet Lincoln, another puppy we are fostering through CARE 🤍🐾
Getting a good picture of Lincoln? Nearly impossible.

The second you get close, he's handing out puppy kisses, climbing into your lap, or curling up for a cuddle. Being photogenic just isn't high on his priority list when there are people to love.

Named after Abraham Lincoln, this little guy has a gentle spirit and a heart full of affection. He loves everyone he meets and has a special talent for making people smile.

While he's enjoying life with us, he's counting down the days until he gets to begin his next adventure with the people who will love him for the rest of his life.

Link was part of the litter that was dumped at a park in Springfield, so we do not know his breed. He is not a golden retriever, and is a little smaller than our puppies were at his age. More info in the comments!

Please help me find this sweet rescue puppy a home!!!

Meet Molly. 🤍
Just a few weeks old, this sweet girl was found abandoned in a park. But we're choosing to focus on her future, not her past.

We named her after The Unsinkable Molly Brown because, just like her namesake, she's already proving that resilience can come in the tiniest package. No matter how her story began, Molly keeps wagging her tail, soaking up love, and reminding us that hope is always worth holding onto.
Now all she needs is the one thing she deserves most—a forever family.

Thank you all for the wonderful response on my Hank post, I have 3 wonderful families lined up and am confident that he’ll go to the perfect place for him 💛💛

My foster puppies from the local rescue are ready for adoption, they are not golden retrievers, but they have been socialized with Hank and Sansa over the past couple of weeks and they are incredibly sweet! they are about half the size my goldens were when they were this age, so I would anticipate them to be medium sized dogs. I’ll put the link to apply in the comments, but feel free to reach out for more information!

Hank is the most perfect dog. He loves kids, cats, and other dogs. He is incredibly gentle, so he would be perfect for the full range from families with small children all the way to retirees. He is 6, but his OFA rated his hips excellent and his genetic testing is clear so he should have a long life ahead of him 💛 my two requests for Hank - he needs to be in a quiet area (he will have to be medicated if there are fireworks, which people LOVE to shoot off in my neighborhood 🫣🫣🫣), and he will not come with his papers/breeding rights. I want to find a family that will treat him like the precious furbaby he is 🥹

My bleeding heart got the best of me again…and my sweet loving devoted husband jumped on board 🥰😁 we’re pulling these babies out of the animal control today to foster for the next few weeks. Thankfully we are set up for puppies 💛

With this litter, there were 12 puppies dumped at a local park. There are still three puppies sitting at Springfield Animal Control. If you have ever ever ever ever considered fostering for a couple of weeks to save puppies lives let me know or reach out to CARE. 

14 is a lab mix female, she still needs an adopter. 15 already has a home, they just can’t take him until he’s had some boosters.

Good morning Puppy Parents and golden fans 💛 don’t worry, I haven’t been hacked! Chase’s mom Jen is now co-managing the page. Now that Hank, Sansa, and Stella are happily enjoying their retirement, it is time I turn over the reins to the next generation.
