At Springbrook, we celebrate the achievements, resilience, and voices of people with developmental disabilities. Throughout March, we will share inspiring stories from the people we support and the dedicated employees who make inclusion and independence possible, highlighting Developmental Disabilities Awareness Month (DDAM).

DDAM is a time to recognize the valuable contributions of people with developmental disabilities, promote inclusion, and advocate for a more accessible and equitable society.

Last year, we saw incredible moments of growth and community involvement:
👣 Donnie works at while also making a difference through his work with the Springbrook Therapy Dogs.
🏠 Rachel, a resident at The Ford on Main, is thriving in her apartment, embracing new opportunities for independence.
🎁 Jofre, a student at The School at Springbrook, is giving back in a big way—he has been collecting items to build holiday boxes for children around the world.

This year, we are excited to continue sharing stories of empowerment, advocacy, and success. Stay tuned all month long! 💙
