It's been a long weekend. Good job hubby Tony Love and thank you Laree Barnard for delivering piglets! Freezer bought, piglets were castrated and delivered, mama pig is being processed, prepped for sausage and put in freezer.

I just wanted to say thank you to everybody. That's worked with us in the past. I know we shut down the farm a couple years ago due to medical issues and a new baby, but we are working on getting back on our feet and back doing what we do. On a side note, I want to let everybody know that i am thinking about doing a few classes on a few farm yard things like at home butchery and slaughtering.... , so if anyone has any ideas or anything they want to learn, shoot me a message. PS if anybody needs to help with a slaughter ( carcass breakdown), I may be able to help i'm not an expert or anything but I can help get the job done.

I guess it's official. We're back doing pigs! 6 so far.
