When she first arrived, she was a little shy—taking her time to peek out and get comfortable. But within just a few hours, she bonded with our team. By day two, she was zooming around, playing and loving all the belly rubs she could get! 💕

• 📏 We check their weight
• 👀 We look at their eyes
• 🦷 We peek at their mouth
• 🐕 We check overall body condition
• 🌡️ We take their temperature

👉 You may notice that your pet doesn’t go straight to their suite right away—that’s because we’re giving them this quick wellness check first.

🗂️ And here’s the extra step that makes a big difference: we document everything and file the records. This way, we can track changes over time and keep you informed about anything we notice.

This process helps us spot any pre-existing concerns immediately, so we can alert you at drop-off and ensure your furry friend is safe, comfortable, and cared for during their stay.
