Big day for Renly & Ryla at the pool! Renly is the sneaky toy thief of the duo—preferring the shallow end and swooping in to steal toys when no one’s looking. 😆 Meanwhile, Ryla is working hard on her swimming skills. 🐶💪

She’s already come so far—building her confidence step by step. From hesitant swims to brave little jumps off the side, Ryla is proving she’s got the heart of a future dock diver. With a bit more practice, we can totally see her soaring off the dock before winter! 🚀🐕

What a fun reunion at Rummy’s! Xander the pittie was back in his happy place, diving right into the water like no time had passed. 🐶💙 And this time he brought his new sister, Layla the 5-year-old Boxer!

It was Layla’s very first swim, and she was amazing — she may look like a puppy, but she’s got the confidence and heart of a pro. Watching her test the waters while Xander showed off his love for swimming made for such a special day. 🥰

Barney, Knox, and Cole — three Labs, three totally different styles, and one unforgettable swim day! 🐕✨

🐾 Barney (Chocolate Lab) kept everyone laughing with his goofy personality and silly expressions.
🐾 Knox (Chocolate Lab) was the nonstop swimmer of the group — diving off the side, off the dock, and never wanting to leave the water.
🐾 Cole (Black Lab) surprised everyone by swimming several times, proving that even a “land lover” can enjoy the pool — on his own terms, of course!

It was a hot day, but with life jackets, splashes, and smiles all around, these three made the most of their swim time. 🌞💙

🐾 NUT NUT, MOLLY & TACO MAKE A SPLASH 🐾

These guys always bring the energy! Nut Nut is getting stronger each session and even tried out our little water treadmill setup—an easy way to add a little resistance and help her back legs work harder while she swims. 🌊 She’s making such encouraging progress, and we’re so proud of her! 💙

Molly brings the laughs with her floaty-jumping and sideline barking, while Taco (who prefers a little boost into the pool) ends up enjoying the swim once he’s in. 😂 Together, they make the pool a nonstop good time.

💡 Just so you know: Swimming is one of the best low-impact workouts for dogs—perfect for building strength, burning energy, and boosting confidence.

🌊 LUCAS THE DOCK-JUMPING PUPPY 🌊

Meet Lucas—a not-even-one-year-old Dachshund who came to learn how to swim and ended up a dock jumper! 🐾💙

On his very first visit, it took a few minutes just to get his life jacket on. This time, he came ready—and wasted no time leaping right into the pool. He jumped off the side like he’d been doing it forever, so we thought, “Why not see if he’ll try the dock?” And he did. Over and over again! 🚀

Watching a puppy discover that much joy in the water is just the best.

💡 Just so you know: Dogs don’t always need much time to learn—sometimes confidence shows up fast, and play turns into skill before your eyes.

Our story begins with a loving blind Siberian Husky named Rummy. He was a rescue dog that captured hearts all over the world as the winner of the 2007 Purina Pro Plan Rally to Rescue Contest. It was that connection between animals and people (especially rescue dogs) that inspired the establishment of our business. We welcome all dogs whether they are old, handicapped, fearful, or reactive. They can enjoy a safe and private facility to have fun while gaining confidence in the water. Here, you can create irreplaceable memories swimming and playing with your dog.
