S*A*L*E*S P O L I C Y **PLEASE READ**

**By purchasing a bunny, it is assumed that the following terms and conditions have been read and are fully agreed upon. This policy applies to anyone who is purchasing a bunny whether they have read it or not.**
• In order to reserve a bunny, a 50 % non-refundable deposit must be placed. Deposits are made when babies are 3-4 weeks of age. I will not hold a bunny without a deposit!
I accept deposits on bunnies via Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, or cash. All payments are to be made FRIENDS AND FAMILY OPTION ONLY. Babies are reserved first come first serve but anyone on my waitlist will be contacted first and before the “litter reservations open” post.
•The prices vary depending on color, and characteristics, so please ask me for Individual prices. Price range is $150-$300. Bunnies can be purchased with or without pedigree as some of my rabbits are not yet able to have a completed pedigree but am close.
•If something happens to your bunny while in my care, I will give you a full refund of your deposit OR you may choose another available bunny. If for any reason you change your mind, your deposit will not be refunded.
•I guarantee that all bunnies leaving my care are all healthy to the best of my knowledge. I do not let any bunny leave here that is in bad health. I am NOT responsible for any problems that may arise after the bunny leaves my care.
•Your bunny will come with a sample baggy of transition feed and a bit of hay. If you purchased the Pedigree, it will be sent to you via the email you provide to me and or a paper copy.
•No bunny will leave before 8 weeks.
***My Pick-up Policy
•The baby bunny will need to be picked up on the home-date or the weekend after home-date!! I will let you know the home date at time of deposit so please make arrangements in advance for pickup. **There will be a ONE WEEK grace period after the home-date that you may arrange to pickup your bunny. If you are not able to pick up the bunny after a reasonable time-frame, or cannot get the bunny for whatever reason, or stop responding to me, the bunny will be placed back up for sale for the next family waiting in line. Deposits will not be refunded.
•If you are out of state, I am happy to help work with a transport. That being said, transports do out stress on rabbits and things can happen. Please make sure you choose a credible service. I can help with choosing some good options.
**The remaining balance owed on the bunny must be paid to us IN FULL by one day before it leaves on transport at the latest.* We are no longer responsible for the health of the bunny once it leaves with transport. IF something does happen to your bunny during transport, i.e. sickness, infection, or death, a refund will not be given. Make sure to check with the transport regarding their policies.
Pickup at my home or somewhere otherwise arranged is fine. Address will be provided just prior to pickup.
•A delivery fee will be added if a delivery location has been established.
•When meeting for pickup, I will wait 30 minutes AFTER scheduled meeting time for you, if you do not show up within that time frame; I will wait 24 hours to hear from you ( we understand things come up!) After that time frame if no contact has been made, you will forfeit all money paid toward the bunny!! All changes to meeting time need to be made 24 hours in advance. So please be respectful and courteous
•It is your responsibility to bring a bunny safe cage, or box for it to travel home with you.
♡We are very understanding and easy to get along with ☺️My policies contract is long and detailed but I must protect my bunnies and myself from any situation while also making this experience as easy and exciting as I can for my customers! I appreciate everyone's understanding.
