DAPHNE, barely out of kittenhood herself, was adopted from PAW WARRIORS 5 1/2 years ago, after all of her kittens found homes. Her cute little button nose will keep her looking like a kitten herself, even though she just turned 7. Happy birthday sweet girl! Her newest trick is that she has now decided she is a LAP cat!

Cute little Angel continues to adjust to one -eyed life and being indoor instead of being outside as part of a colony. Looks like she's doing just fine...without missing a beat!

You may have heard of cats as Guardian Angels without wings. Many of us that work with cats know them as extremely empathetic creatures whose purr is even at the perfect frequency to promote healing at the cellular level. Have you experienced a relationship with a cat that is so strong, that once it passed, you believe it found it's way back to you in another body? If, so, please feel free to share your experience in the comments. One of our adopters had their soul cat pass in March, after which a litter containing an identical black kitten was born. Which is which between these two pictures...or is it two different pictures of the same cat?

Our loving, but very shy, Coffee Momma has picked her people! After more than two years with us and intensive medical treatment for stomatitis, Coffee Momma left the building last night. Go conquer your world, sweet one!

We are sad to report that RUMER'S eye is not salvagable...medical intervention was just too late. We are now raising funds for his enucleation surgery which will be just a little over a $1000. Please contribute to this surgical cost so we can get it scheduled. Thank you!

A big shout-out out to Athena for arranging this past weekend's quarter auction...almost $600 raised! Next year, let's fill the room...a $4 paddle and $10 in quarters gets you an afternoon of fun and laughter. The Beacon Square Civic Association does this once a month for a non-profit of their choice...so go to Holiday and try it out one of these months...but definitely October 2026 to support us!
