Iowa is a long drive, but turned out to be well worth the trip. Sandy decided to celebrate the weekend in style by showing her buns off for Ann Claire and taking home her second Best in Show. Huge thanks to judges David Peat and Robert Robinson for finding our beautiful girl in some nice lineups this weekend. And thank you to the whole Livingston crew for all you do!

And the first of the Prince litter pups has finished her AKC Champion title just shy of turning 8 months old. Say hello to "CH Walking Beard Purple Reign at Whiskeytown" (Lila - pronounced Lee-la).

Let's hear it for Kimber! I've never entered or even watched a NSTRA event before, but now I'm seriously interested. Way to go Steve and Kimber. Kimber is CH Walking Beard Sgt John Stryker's Sidearm NA1 and his owners (the Barbour's) are the best!

One year apart. Last year this handsome boy Boone was winning a BPUP Group 2 and yesterday he picked up his first major by taking BOW over some really nice entries. He is another of the Rock n’Rollers, Walking Beard Misty Mountain Hop NA1. Thank you to Lisa Lewis Hall for handling him and his sister so nicely.

Yet another champion from the Rock n’ Roll litter. CH Walking Beard Starman of Whiskeytown - “Bowie” is getting better and better with each passing day. A really nice boy being beautifully handled by Brittany Phelps. He has a bright future ahead of him both in the field and in the ring.

The Rock n' Rollers had a terrific run at their NAVHDA natural ability titles. All 6 who entered passed earning us our second Natural Ability Breeders Award. Five of these six have also earned their AKC conformation titles now (and the sixth has points toward his). Stay tuned for more goodness from this bunch as some of them are now working towards their advanced hunting titles.

The official Westminster Kennel Club picture has arrived. We’re so grateful for all of the “Team Sandy” people who helped make this journey not only possible but fun. A journey like this is so much more enjoyable when you have really good people to share it with. Special thanks to judge Richard Powell for finding our beautiful girl in such a nice lineup.

It’s been quite the week for our Frank X Eevee litters. First Sandy won BOB at the 2025 WKC show and upon returning home we found our NAVHDA Natural Ability Breeders Award for the Rock N Roll litter. Many of these pups are just getting started too. Stay tuned for more great things from these pups.

Another one of the Prince litter puppies is maturing nicely. Karlie is going to be a stellar hunter when she grows up. Since day one she had the coat, attitude and drive.
