At GoldenBone Grooming, we love and appreciate each of our clients (both furry and human!) and we want to make sure every pet receives the care and attention they deserve. To keep things running smoothly and fairly for everyone, we want to share a little bit about why we have our policies in place.

When a client arrives late or misses an appointment without notice, it can throw off the entire day and shorten the time we can spend giving each pet the best care. Clear communication helps us plan properly and ensures all pets get the attention they need.

Late arrivals donโt just affect your appointmentโthey can delay every appointment after yours. Our late fee policy helps protect our groomersโ schedules and the quality of care we provide. It also encourages fairness for those who arrive on time.

We completely understand that life happens! If you canโt make it, please let us know as soon as possible so we can offer that spot to another client who may be waiting.
