Devin Splawn, W/M, 30 years old, was last seen by his mother on Sunday, April 12, 2026. This evening, a missing person’s report was filed with law enforcement.

Splawn is believed to be on foot, as he does not have a mode of transportation, and is frequently seen walking in the Keener area.

• Weight: 140 lbs
• Last seen wearing: Blue shirt (similar to the one in the attached photo)

Devin has been entered as a missing person at this time.
