We are hiring a Practice Manager!

About Us

We are seeking a highly capable and ambitious individual to join our leadership team as the Practice Manager. In this pivotal role, you will oversee and manage the financial, marketing, human resources, and administrative functions of our clinic. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented, strategic-thinking professional to ensure our clinic's smooth and efficient operation.

Financial Responsibilities

Oversee all financial aspects, including marketing, bookkeeping, inventory, and IT.
Evaluate and manage all accounts payable and accounts receivables, while overseeing bookkeeping.
Evaluate payroll, manage taxes, and allocate benefits.
Drive sales growth through marketing oversight.
Perform financial reporting using Practice management software and QuickBooks, handling all related functions.
Manage trade services.

Marketing Responsibilities

Oversee the company's social media and online presence through Facebook, and coordination with an outside marketing firm.
Plan and execute company participation in community events, sponsorships, and advertisements.
Manage advertising campaigns across Facebook, the company website, newspapers, and radio.
Coordinate recruitment efforts and job fairs.

Human Resources Responsibilities

Handle the full employee lifecycle, including the hiring and firing of employees.
Ensure the employee manual is kept up-to-date and all policies are followed.
Manage conflict resolution and provide coaching to staff.
Oversee the benefit enrollment process for all employees.

Administrative Duties

Collaborate on setting budgets based on financial reports.
Help develop and implement clinic and departmental goals.
Ensure core values are followed to foster a positive clinic culture.
Partner with other leadership to resolve client and medical issues effectively.
Provide oversight and direction to the leadership team.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a managerial role with multi-departmental oversight.
Strong organizational, financial, and people management skills.
Proficiency with QuickBooks, financial reporting, and payroll functions.
Demonstrated experience in social media and marketing campaigns.
Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and leadership abilities.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a team.
