Important Update: No Longer Accepting Customer-Supplied Stainless Steel Items

Hey everyone! I wanted to take a moment to share an important update regarding custom orders. Going forward, I will no longer be accepting customer-supplied stainless steel items for glitter tumblers, epoxy work, or other customization.

This decision comes after this past year, coming down to the provided items weren’t the same size, even though they were described as identical, or the supplied item, doesn't work with my equipment, we are left scrambling for amazon to save the day (we hope!). Situations like this make it difficult to price my work accurately and ensure a smooth process. My pricing is based on time, materials, and volume, and when I provide the stainless steel items, it allows me to:

✨ Ensure Consistency – I use tumblers and stainless steel items that I know will work well with my glittering, epoxy, and sealing processes.
✨ Keep Pricing Fair & Predictable – Unexpected variations in sizes or shapes affect the amount of materials and time required, making pricing inconsistent. My pricing structure is designed around uniformity. When items vary, it disrupts the process and impacts time and costs.
✨ Guarantee Quality & Durability – When I source the tumblers, I know they will hold up to my process and give the best results.
✨ Risk Management – If an item is damaged or doesn’t turn out as expected, I can replace it when I supply the product. If a customer-supplied item has an issue, there’s no backup solution.

I truly appreciate everyone who has trusted me with their custom creations, and I’m grateful for your continued support. This change allows me to maintain high-quality standards and keep my business running efficiently.
