☁️🌈 We received the heartbreaking news that Patrick has crossed over the Rainbow Bridge.

We didn’t have the privilege of knowing Patrick for very long, but we were so lucky to spend the time we did with him. We cared for him on multiple occasions, including one stay that lasted over three weeks, and we bonded with him so quickly.

Patrick loved sleeping in for hours, just like me 😴 With his limited mobility, Dean and I would always help carry him to bed. Dean would even roll up his shirt because Patrick was such a shedder. One of his favorite things in the world was his weekly McDonald’s double cheeseburger, and when he was feeling up to it, he loved to play.

Patrick was truly one of a kind and will always hold a special place in our hearts. We are so grateful for the memories we shared with him and for the trust his family placed in us to care for such a special boy.

Run free, sweet Patrick. We love you and will miss you dearly. ❤️🐾🌈

As we continue to receive inquiries for the 4th of July weekend, we wanted to let everyone know that our overnight stays are fully booked and have been for several months now! 🎆

If anything changes, we will post any availability right away. We still have drop-in visits available for the holiday weekend, don’t wait to reach out if you need care! 🐶🐱🦜

Overnight availability resumes July 5th based on the books we have now. Please plan accordingly and book early for upcoming travel dates! ✨

Whether you are a new client looking to book with Chasing Pets or an existing client who may need a quick refresher on our policies, please read below 🐾

•A 50% non-refundable deposit is required 3 months prior to your departure date. Failure to submit the deposit will result in forfeiture of your reserved dates.

•The remaining balance is due on the FIRST day of the stay.

•All indoor/common area cameras must be disclosed prior to services. For overnight stays, indoor cameras must be turned off for the duration of the stay due to privacy concerns. Different rules apply for drop-in visits.

•We currently service Baltimore County only and do not offer any boarding services at this time.

Our summer schedule is filling up quickly, and we highly recommend reaching out sooner rather than later to avoid unavailable dates.

These policies have been in place for quite some time, and we truly appreciate all of our amazing clients who respect and follow them. We understand that every client has different preferences and needs, however these policies are in place to protect our staff, our business, and the quality of care we provide. If these policies are not something you are comfortable with, we kindly ask that you seek services that may better fit your needs.

Just a sleepover with our girl Aspen and her kitty siblings who live right next door 🐾

Aspen is our little “sassy girl” and one of the sweetest pups we get the pleasure of seeing almost every day! From her evening walks to relaxing with her favorite bone chews, this girl knows how to enjoy her days 🦴

Safe to say Miss Aspen enjoyed every second of her little staycation with Chasing Pets 💕

We got to spend time with our longtime furrends Pearl and Reagan again, and it truly made our week 🐾 It had been some time since our last visit, but the girls picked right back up where we left off! Pearl was full of energy and could have played fetch for hours, while Reagan made sure we got plenty of rounds of tug of war in 😂 We’ve missed their sweet faces, wagging tails, and fun personalities so much, and it was so special getting to catch up with them again. We already can’t wait for next time! 💖

We’re super excited to announce that our girl Mikayla is returning for year number TWO with Chasing Pets! 🐾 In just a few short weeks, she’ll officially be graduating from Salisbury University! Congratulations Mikayla 🥳🎓

Once she graduates, she’ll be heading back to Baltimore and rejoining the Chasing Pets team! Mikayla will be available for overnights and drop-in visits beginning May 23rd. She is already looking forward to reuniting with familiar faces and meeting some new furry friends this summer 🩵

Our summer books are officially OPEN! Existing clients may book now through September, and we are now accepting new clients for Summer 2026. Dates are already filling quickly ☀️🐶🐱
