🚨💔 URGENT: MAGIC STILL NEEDS OUR HELP 💔🚨

Meet Magic, a sweet young Chihuahua mix whose life has already taken a difficult turn. After being impounded when his owner was arrested, it was discovered that Magic was suffering from a severe fracture to his right hind leg. Veterinary examination and radiographs confirmed a transverse fracture of the distal femur, leaving him unable to bear weight on the leg.

Despite his pain, Magic remains a loving, gentle little dog who deserves a second chance.

Unfortunately, due to the severity and location of the fracture, amputation is expected to be the most humane option, along with neutering and follow-up medical care. We are currently awaiting final estimates from our veterinarian, but we anticipate expenses of approximately $1,500–$2,000.

As a small rescue, we simply cannot take on this level of medical expense without help from our incredible community.

🎉🐾 ADOPTION UPDATE! 🐾🎉

Despite the warm (okay, HOT! ☀️🥵) day yesterday, we had a wonderful adoption event at Carson City PetSmart! Thanks to our canopies, dedicated volunteers, and amazing supporters, everyone stayed comfortable and safe.

We are thrilled to announce that Archie & Edith, our adorable bonded pair, and Roxie all found their forever homes! ❤️🏡 Nothing makes us happier than seeing deserving dogs begin the next chapter of their lives with loving families.

A huge thank you to everyone who stopped by, shared our posts, volunteered, donated, and supported our rescue efforts. You are helping make these happy endings possible!
