I just wanted to get on and thank everyone for a fun year and letting me be apart of your lives as well as your dogs. It has been a fun job and I love every minute of it.

I have some new policies I will start being strict on.

I decided to raise my prices this year by 5.00.
With all this inflation and supplies, electricity and gas rising. I have no choice.

I will be incorporating some fees and rules in my business this year I will start implementing them January 1, 2024. Please know my time is as valuable as yours.

1. If you are more than 15 minutes late. We will need to reschedule your appointment. It is not fair to the other customers for me to get behind.

2. If you do not cancel your appointment 24 hours in advance I will need to charge you an extra 25.00 fee at your next appointment.
(Unless the weather is dangerous or you do not feel comfortable driving this will not pertain to you)

3. I will be weighing your dogs to make sure I am charging the right amount. (I’ve been very lenient on this )

4. If you pay with Venmo or a card you will be charged a $3.00 ( Venmo thinks they need a percentage of what I make)

5. If you pay cash, you’ll be charged the normal price.

6. We would like for you to pick up your pet as soon as we let you know they are finished.
Our salon is not big enough to have everyone waiting to be picked up.

7. If they are not picked up by 20 min after we let you know they are done we will charge a 10.00 fee.

Thank you for sharing your pets with me I always look forward to see their faces as well as yours.
