Hello everyone.
For 2023 I have invested in a new software program. I am in the process of moving everyone over and getting appointments made. You will receive two text messages. One link is an Intake form. Please fill it out before I have to nag ☺️ The other link will bring up a Service Agreement which you will need sign. I will also be debuting a website with an ONLINE BOOKING option, as well as a new service menu. For those that don’t know, I am not tech savvy. At all. So this is huge 😂

🍁 Hello all my wonderful clients,

As we approach the end of another year, I want to thank all of you for trusting me with your critters and supporting my business. I truly love my job and look forward to seeing you all in 2023.

Some things to be aware of for next year include…
-Schedule change: M-Th 8a-5p, Saturday 8a-3p
-Price increase: Inflation hurts us all. I tried to put it off as long as possible but here we are.
-Pets with matting, lice/fleas, or other conditions will result in an extra charge.
-The No Show policy will be enforced with a full price fee per occurrence.

Vacation Time is upon us! Sexy Beast Pet Salon will be closed from 5/19-5/30. Calls and texts will be returned on 5/31. Hope everyone has a fun but safe Memorial Day weekend.

Morning all 🙂 I have a few quick, but IMPORTANT things to tell you all regarding some new policy’s I’ve put into place.

1-If you no show for your appointment or cancel without 24hr notice there will be a $50 rescheduling fee. If it is a reoccurring issue I will ask that you prepay for your appointment and it will not be refundable if you miss.

2- I am NOT accepting new clients at this time. You all love me so much that my schedule for 2022 is full 🤯😊 If you are on my schedule now congratulations and I look forward to seeing all of you. If you need to change an appointment, don’t just cancel. It is always easier to find someone to swap places with than it is to find a whole new appointment.

3- I have raised my prices for most medium and large doodles. It’s nothing against doodles, they just tend to have more hair and take longer than other breeds.

4- All critters that come for grooming will receive 3 washes, conditioner, blueberry facial scrub, nails, a**l glands, ears cleaned, blow dry and haircut. Obviously not everyone gets but they do get all the other things.

5- Lets talk about LICE. Dog lice are species specific which means they don’t like people. I have seen a fair amount of dogs come in with Lice. My assumption is that most of these cases are coming from the dog parks. If you take your pooch to play with others please please please use a flea, tick and lice treatment before hand. Lice are highly contagious every time someone comes in with it I have to move the rest of my day and deep clean the shop.
