Happy new year everyone ❤️

💙With every new year brings change:) As some of you know or may not know we recently have been training a new girl in for grooming at the shop;) Payton is doing an amazing job and I couldn’t be more proud of her! Please be patient with us as we work with her to become the best groomer she can be:) she already has a couple months under her belt with us and is catching on so quickly:) make sure to say hi and make her feel welcome! Tuesday is still around and we are lucky to still have her at the shop! She will be slowing up a bit but you will still see her around keeping me on my toes 🤪

💙 we also ask that if you are more then 15 mins late for your appointment we will need to reschedule! This will throw our whole day off!

💙 if you have an appointment with us and you can’t pick up immediately after your dogs grooming is complete! We kindly ask that you let us know ahead of time so we can make sure we have the kennel space to keep your dog! With having 3 groomers working together the kennel space will be limited! We will gladly keep your dog for a bit longer and help in anyway we can if asked ahead of time;)

💙 we kindly ask if you have to cancel to please let us know as soon as you can! Please don’t wait until we do reminder calls to let us know! This will give us plenty of time to fill the spots! Most are really good about this and we appreciate that! We are very understanding when emergencies come up! Your family should always come first! But in non emergent situations we just kindly ask for some notice😘

💙 no show appointments have been an issue lately! This is when someone doesn’t show up for the appointment they have with us without notice! We kindly give reminder calls and give cards when leaving the shop to avoid this! Charging for these missed appointments is something I will have to start enforcing! Please be courteous of our time:)

💙 lastly from the bottom of my heart I would like to thank you so so much for the business and love you have shown me this past year! It was my first full year as the owner of the shop! I enjoy every person that comes into the shop and I love every single dog that enters the door:) We will always do our best to ensure the safety of your pet and make the grooming experience as stress free as we can:)
