started in 1978 under the ownership of Linda and Howard Foster. Since June of 2010, How-Lyn Acres has been owned and operated by head-trainer, Amy Foster. Growing up on the show circuit, Amy started her career in the equitation and hunters where she won numerous awards. Amy then moved on to showing in the jumpers where she ended up competing all the way to the grand-prix level. It was not until Am

y became a professional is where she found her true passion- training. How-Lyn Acres and Amy Foster are committed to providing students and horses with top quality instruction and training. We take clients of any level ranging from beginner to advanced. We have a variety of training options and boarding packages. Whether you have a problem horse, green horse, or just want to ride for fun; we will create a program to fit your needs. To accommodate all of our riders we attend local shows through AA shows in Wellington, Venice, Ocala and Tryon depending on interest level. We take pride in having fun while maintaining a professional safe environment.

Chrissy and Rico had a wonderful week in Wellington, really showcasing the hard work they’ve been putting in. They brought home two seconds, a third, and a fourth in the 1.10m and 1.15m classes.
Cant wait to see what ahead for these two!

I'm excited to announce that my training program is expanding to a second location — White Oak Equestrian!
This beautiful new facility offers an incredible environment for horse and rider, and I’m now accepting clients for full training at White Oak, as well as continuing at my original home base, How-Lyn Acres.
Stalls at White Oak are limited, so reach out soon to learn more and reserve your spot!

Always a fun time when we are showing ! A very successful trip had by everyone!!

Amy and Flora🌸 were 4th in the 1.30 USHJA and had an amazing round in their first ever welcome as a pair

Sera and La Nellie🩶 showed for the second time together putting in an awesome attempt in the meter!

Abby and La Nellie🩶 had awesome rides in the .95 jumpers!

Amy had the catch ride on Keepsake and ended up HOTY in the 3'3 performance as well as 8th national hunter derby!
