ATTENTION CANINE DIVINE CLIENTS:
How do I even go about rescheduling weeks or months worth of clients? EVERY SINGLE CLIENT is important to me and each of you is going to feel slighted that it may take extra time to get you back in.
I'm BEGGING you for patience and forgiveness. Groomers across the country are completely overwhelmed at where or how to begin putting our schedules back together and making everyone happy.
I'm wiping the slate clean, cancelling all existing appointments and scheduling people when I have a concrete date to begin.
Not working for me means not getting paid. Most of us don't fall into the category for unemployment or federal aid.
Please understand, I absolutely WANT to get back to work, visit with you, take care of your fur babies coat and nails and find out how you've been through this whole ordeal.
I understand ALL of you will be desperate at getting your pups back in or being upset at being moved. Appointments that were pre-booked and were directly affected by the stay-at-home orders WILL BE RE-BOOKED FIRST. Any call in appointments will, unfortunately, have to wait until all other pre-booked appointments have been rescheduled. We will call everyone on our wait list in the order they left us a message as well.
I miss you... I love you... I beg for your understanding and patience at this time.
