My name is Serafina - I am a Pit Terrier -white with two sets of wings - one on my back and one on my sitdown.

All my mates are over the Rainbow bridge but we keep in touch.

I'm now getting to really know the cats that live in the yard and next door.

One more fact about me, I am 90% DEAF

All my friends are NOT DEAF and this holiday is more scary than the Halloween one.

WHY?
Because non human animals must rely on their senses and our creator gave us- well,not me - I got wings; my friends have acute hearing and other traits but the NOT DEAF can hear a can opening or a bag rustling from many rooms away - SO when fire works go BOOM! BOOM!, it scares the you know what out of us.

It sounds like we are being invaded by enemy troops. Just imagine how you would feel and if you have had that experience, you know what I
mean.

Please enjoy Your day off from work but keep all your bits and pieces safe.

Serafina is the last dog in the Chronicals of the K-9 Boys & Girls on Locus Street.

All her pals are on the other side of the Rainbow Bridge. She was found on the streets of Fairview, NJ. She was the only puppy in the pound with a bunch of cats.

She thinks she is a cat and loves to snuggle on high places and loves my
daughter-in-law's cats.

There are several stories she will be featured in 2025.I have many stories to release now but with all my technology with glitches and no money to replace it right now, I am into a hiatis mode and while typing with one finger will attempt to do updates.

It can be an unusual treat.

You slept in my slippers.
When a wee little kitten
Loved the aromas turning
You a connoisseur

You know my scent
By heaven descent
To make you know your worth
Up in heaven and here on earth

I decided as a gift to myself a day of searching the web for all my poetry - there are places I have never been but apparently am - I have written mostly for charity and no time for promoting but knowing that others know me.

2017 was the year of many deaths in our immediate family, humans and animals. It took another year of mourning for my husband's death in April 2017.

This was the dynamics. of our furry children on Christmas day.
