As most of you know, as of Monday we are back OPEN for business!! 🙌🏼🙌🏼
Thank you to all of our clients for being so understanding and patient during our repairs!

We are pretty backed up but doing our best to get caught up. Our hours are long and hard, but we are so happy and thankful to be back at work with all of your precious fur babies! ❤️

Here are a couple pics of what you will see when you come in, we had to redo the showers due to a leak and rot. It was definitely worth the wait! And while we were already closed we knocked out the wall between the grooming room and the lobby, and my husband did a great job building a half wall/receptionist desk for us! We still have a few things to do like painting and some sheet rock work where the wall came down but it’s nothing that will keep us from working.

‼️Update…‼️ Unfortunately, our shower repairs are not going as quickly as we hoped. We are waiting on the drains to come in. They should be here Tuesday the 15th, then they have to lay tile and grout, so that will be a couple more days.

Our new tentative open date is Monday February 21st. We know the inconvenience this has caused for all of our clients, especially since about 95% of you are on a schedule and do such a good job of sticking to that schedule. We will be calling everyone this week to give you a new date.

Again, we appreciate all of your patience and understanding through this time. We hate not seeing and taking care of your pups, as we love them like our own.

Also, the Hotel is still open.

🛠As most of our clients know the salon will be CLOSED and going under construction to repair some major things in the salon starting
Tuesday, February 1, 2022 continuing on for two weeks. We are scheduled to REOPEN on
Monday, February 14, 2022.

📞We have contacted all of our clients for the next two weeks by phone to cancel your appointment. If we have not yet rescheduled your appointment we will be doing so during these two weeks. Being blessed with so many great clients it is taking some time to get our books in order.

🏨we will NOT have daycare at this time but
The HOTEL is still OPEN for business! We will be having Saturday drop off and pick up times throughout the week, 7:30am-8am and 5pm-5:30pm By scheduled appointment.
Please call 256-798-6776 to make a reservation for the hotel.

💕 I want to thank all of our clients for the understanding and patience during this time. It’s not an easy decision to close for two weeks knowing the amount of inconvenience we are causing. We do appreciate everyone of you!

Mary and Jada are able to take care of baths, nails, brush outs, and some sanitaries shaving but that’s all they can handle without the groomers. And unfortunately there isn’t any room to reschedule everyone, so that is all we can offer right now.

Due to the amount of snow we have accumulated over night, and the unsafe road conditions, we have decided to close today Monday, 1/3/2022. We will be in touch with all of our grooming clients to reschedule. Those who are suppose to pick up or drop off today, I’ll be calling you this morning to set up a time to pick up/drop off this afternoon when the roads conditions are more safe.
