Looking for an honest, experienced electrician to diagnose what appears to be a wiring issue in my home. A breaker kept tripping and has now stopped working completely. A very reputable electrician told me it appears there may be crossed or reversed wiring somewhere between the electrical panel and the house, but unfortunately he’s booked solid and unavailable.
For safety, we’ve shut off that entire section at the breaker panel and are currently living with only half the house having electricity.
I’m looking for someone who is knowledgeable, charges a fair price, and will diagnose the problem correctly instead of trying to sell me things I don’t need. Safety is my biggest concern—I want to get this fixed before it becomes a fire hazard.
