Legend Land Feed & Supply is hiring energetic, motivated, friendly, and professional retail associates to join our team! The Retail Sales Associate is responsible for selling pet food, pet supplies, farm animal feed, and equipment by offering outstanding customer service to all of our customers. Sales experience is a plus, but no sales experience is necessary to apply!

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Interacting and assisting customers in a
pet feed & supply retail sales
environment.
-Determining needs and advising
customers on their purchases.
-Assisting customers through direct
action or by supporting coworkers.
-Demonstrating effective closing skills.
-Accurately entering information in the
point-of-sale system.
-Handling customer purchase paperwork
and tracking orders.
-Communicating with customers after the
sale.
-Working with team members to provide
the best guest experience.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:

-High School diploma or equivalent.

demeanor.
-Ability to work retail hours including
evenings, weekends, and holidays.
-Strong organizational skills.
-Excellent written and oral

Requirements: Must be able to use power tools. Must be able to lift 45 - 60 lbs. Previous fencing experience and ability to run large equipment is a plus.

Legend Land Feed & Supply is looking for an exceptional Sales Associate AND part time farm helper who is self-motivated, able to provide excellent customer service, maintain and care for our horses, which involves making sure our stalls are clean, feeding the horses for AM/PM, let the horses out, bring them in at the end of the day, make sure they are receiving their supplements, and will be able to drive the financial performance of the company by ensuring that sales and profit goals are achieved.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Drive sales by ensuring effective merchandise presentation, including accurate and competitive pricing, monitoring inventory levels, ordering inventory when needed, and restocking shelves once orders come in.
- Make recommendations regarding new items to carry, or those that should be discontinued.
- Maintain competitive knowledge to create and adjust sales strategies.
- Maintain store cleanliness standards.
-Managing and updating reward system when needed.
Must have excellent customer service skills, computer skills, able to use MS Office is required, and must be able to lift up to 50lbs or more.
