Sky and Nala (went home together), Luke (moved to WI), Lincoln (moved to CT), Candace (moved to CO), Rio, Abby (moved to CT), Archer (moved to NV), Daxton, R***r, Marlow (moved to IN), Sandy (moved to AZ), Ariel (moved to AZ), Brody, Rockwell (moved to CO) and Sisko.

Naruto von Neulewin is a beautiful 1–2 -year-old Golden Retriever-mix (best guess). He has a warm golden coat and honey-colored eyes that reflect his friendly and sweet nature. He's a remarkable walker, eagerly coming out of his kennel with a pep in his step and tail wags galore. Naruto is a happy dog who loves affection, staying close by your side. He's gentle when taking treats and knows his "Sit" command. He also gets along well with other dogs, greeting them gently and enjoying playgroups where he happily mingles, explores, and plays with his doggie friends. He is a beautiful, sweet boy whose friendly and warm personality brings smiles to everyone. He is ready to bring his happy heart to a family of his own. (No cats, please.)

He was rescued from the Riverside-Coachella Valley animal shelter.

Jenna von Kandern is a stunning 2-year-old long-haired German Shepherd with a bright, people-oriented personality and lots of love to give. This beautiful girl with her luxurious long coat with red highlights is a sight to see as she heads out on her walks, exuding happiness and enthusiasm. She lights up when she sees her favorite people and absolutely loves being with them. She is medium energy and curious about the world; she thrives with clear guidance as she happily explores. She does well around other dogs on walks and in doggy playgroups. While she has played a bit, generally she's content to mingle and observe, before heading right over to her human friends for some one-on-one time. Jenna is ready to brighten your days! (No cats, please.)

AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION - Dexter von Dechow

Dexter von Dechow is a beautiful 9-month-old sable German Shepherd-mix. He will be smaller for a German Shepherd when fully grown, and has a shorter, easy-care sable coat. Dexter was found living in a cemetery. We don’t know if someone had died and he was a faithful pet or it was just a quiet place to retreat in. He is a volunteer- and staff-favorite at the rescue: everyone wants to hang out with him; he is so well-behaved. Walking him is a dream, no pulling or reacting to other dogs; he is just the best. A polite boy, he knows his "sit" command and is very gentle when receiving treats. As he gets more comfortable, we are starting to get glimpses of his silly side as well. Dexter says no to cats, but does fine around other dogs, with a preference for other gentle ones. In a playgroup he followed a sweet female around with his tail wagging, so he would enjoy another nice pup in the home. Dexter will make a wonderful addition to many homes.

Dexter was found lost in East L.A. by a Good Sam.

Kiki von Kandel is a beautiful 8-month-old German Shepherd-mix puppy who is a bright and joyful girl, always bubbling with excitement for her walks and eager to discover new adventures. She just overflows with sweetness for people, she absolutely adores affection and cuddles. With other pups, she's a social butterfly too, always keen to join in the fun and make wonderful new friends -she'd love another dog in her forever home. At the start of her walks, she might just need a bit of gentle encouragement to settle her happy wiggles, and then she'll happily trot by your side. She is such a good girl when walking with other pups, takes treats ever so gently, and is doing well with her commands, with her "sit" being almost perfect. In playgroups, she lovingly invites others to play with soft paws, playful pushes, and sometimes even a sweet belly-up gesture to show she's all about friendly fun. Kiki is simply a wonderful and gentle pup who sprinkles love and joy everywhere she goes, and she's dreaming of finding her forever family to cherish and adore her. No cats please.

♥️🐾NEWTON (approximately 2-3 years old) arrived at Westside last week after being rescued from the West Los Angeles Shelter. This magnificent boy with the most soulful eyes is ready to leave shelter life behind and find the loving family he deserves🐾♥️

Not only is Newton incredibly handsome (he turns heads everywhere he goes!), but he’s also sweet, affectionate, gentle, easy-going, social and smart. He walks beautifully on leash, was always relaxed on neighborhood walks outside the shelter, knows his basic commands, takes treats very gently and enjoyed participating in the shelter’s doggy playgroups.

Newton also rides like a pro in the car! His bags are already packed and he is ready for a car ride to his forever home.

Rogue von Rerik is a very handsome 12-month-old German Shepherd-mix. Rogue is a wonderful long-legged guy with a shiny coat that sheds less than most shepherds. He is a very sociable dog with a delightful outgoing personality -- friendly, happy and open to all that life has to offer. He genuinely loves meeting new people and other dogs. He's very engaging and affectionate and likes to lean into you whether you are petting him or not, this boy just loves to be close. Mid energy and housebroken, he takes treats gently and does great on his walks. Then when it's playgroup time he continues to shine, greeting other dogs with ease and playing nicely with others. (He says no to cats however.) If you are looking for a versatile and fun young dog, put Rogue at the top of your list!
