Another wonderful year at Ruff Dogs! Today we celebrated our 4th anniversary, and this year we honor our friends Diesel and Paisley as our most frequent boarding friends of the year! It’s so fun to look back and see how far we’ve grown in the last four years, and we’re so grateful for all of our furry friends and their families. ❤️ 🐶 ❤️

The Howl-a-ween party was a truly spectacular event at Ruff Dogs last night! We were blown away by the creativity and effort that went into the costumes. Thank you to everyone who attended and participated! We were able to bring in over $1100 to the South Fork Pet Rescue Fund!! ❤️ 🐶 🐱
A special shoutout to our local sponsors again for the amazing food and beverages provided, Gone Rogue and Switchback Liquors, who truly went above and beyond! I have posted some pictures for your enjoyment, starting with the winners of the costume contest. Congratulations to all the winners! We will be reaching out to you soon to give you your prizes! 🏆

🎃 TOMORROW is the last day to reserve your spot to attend the Howl-o-ween party at Ruff Dogs on the 31st! If you have ever adopted a pet or wondered how you can help more dogs and cats get adopted in South Fork, you should come!
🐶🐱 All proceeds will go directly to the South Fork Pet Rescue so that more friends can find forever homes! Food, alcohol, music and fun will be had by all!

💦 Treating 30 dogs in the last 2 and a half days was the final step in the process, and I am happy to say I’m officially certified as a small animal hydrotherapist!
💧Thank you to everyone who let me practice with your dogs! We found almost all of them actually loved it and benefited from their swims! I can’t wait to start taking appointments. Details to come! 🐶

💦 Nine months in the making, our dream to open a pool and offer hydrotherapy, swim lessons and pool parties is finally here!
🤩 The swim lessons and pool parties are in the works, but first to start is HYDROTHERAPY, and we could use your help.
👉 Rebecca is currently working on her certification as a licensed hydrotherapist, and in order to complete her program, her instructor will be at Ruff Dogs next week for the hands-on portion.
⭐️ We are looking for just a few more dogs to fill the schedule for next Monday-Wednesday. This is a one-time FREE opportunity for your dog to participate, and for you to see if hydrotherapy might benefit your dog. We are looking for dogs with any of the following conditions:
💧 CCL surgical repairs
💧 Luxating patella dogs
💧 FHO surgery for hip dysplasia
💧 Spinal injuries
💧 Paralyzed dogs
💧 Shoulder or elbow dysplasia
💧 Senior dogs / arthritic dogs
⏰ This would be a 30-minute session at Ruff Dogs in a warm, comfortable pool, with easy access using ramps and flotation devices.
