While you might be celebrating New Years Eve tonight, your dog might feel differently. Noise, people, and fireworks can cause dogs to have fear, anxiety, or be overwhelmed. Here are some tips to give your dog a better experience:
🐾 Create a cozy, quiet space
🐾 Close windows & play calming music
🐾 Exercise earlier in the day
🐾 Keep ID tags on & doors secured. If you’re having a gathering, keep your dogs away from external doors.
🐾 Keep party foods (grapes, chocolate) & alcohol out of reach
🐾 Offer comfort, chews, or enrichment

There’s something about this time of year that brings on a sense of nostalgia. ✨ We’re throwing it back to December 2022, when things felt a little simpler and there was a lot less snow on the ground. We are beyond thankful for the clients who have been with us since the very beginning and continue to support us today. We’re also grateful for the pups we have loved and lost over the years. May you find peace throughout the holidays as you remember them. ❤️

Bert is a 3-year-old Doodle mix who’s feeling fresh after his brand-new haircut — and he’s ready to show it off to his forever family! 🐾✂️

This sweet boy is the perfect blend of goofy and gentle. He loves being near his people, enjoys a good walk, and is always down for some couch snuggles (especially now that he’s extra fluffy and fabulous).

If you’re looking for a loyal sidekick with great manners and an even better personality, Bert is your guy. 💛
