It's almost time.
Final arrangements are being made.
Veterinary visits, health certificates, brand inspection, transportation for 11 wild horses...check, check, check, check!
Ticking off the boxes is exciting. We can't wait to welcome the Freedom Family to their new home in Colorado. This incredible family of survivors is going to do so much good in the world. We've always let them live as wild and free as possible, and while they've become accustomed to the presence of humans, they also still very much exhibit the social structures and behaviors of horses in the wild.
Let's face it - we know what you know - to experience them is to fall in love with them. And our dream is to give everyone the chance to fall in love. When you love something, you want to protect it.
We need more protectors out there. Lending their voice and lending a hand. The Cloud Foundation has been so lucky to have such an amazing group of active supporters. Your voices and donations have created change in a broken system. You've stopped removals in the Pryors, and halted heinous experimentation on the wild mares of Oregon.
We hope you will help us with our incredible new undertaking! It would mean so much to us, and to the future of our mission and organization. This will not be a quick process, but we're in this fight for the long haul. We're laying the groundwork to create an amazing experiential program which we believe will benefit wild horse and b***o herds everywhere. We hope you'll join us in creating this new future!
