🐾 Is a rivalry brewing for the Fayette Cares High Cotton 5k/1k on Saturday, September 13th?
Dr. Glenn Weatherly’s stylish pup, Winnie, is out for a run in front of Somerville Animal Hospital, while, from the window, Dr. Mia Holmes’ sweet Cassie keeps a watchful eye on her co-worker. Word on the Square is that the Fayette Cares High Cotton 5k/1k has a new Pet Pass, so pups can join the race day fun.
Whether or not these furry friends compete at the 5k/1k, they and the team at Somerville Animal Hospital are united for one cause: helping Fayette Cares provide shelter, food, safety, and hope for families in crisis.
Somerville Animal Hospital has proudly supported the High Cotton 5k/1k since the very first race 17 years ago. This year, you can run, walk, or stroll — with or without a pet — and be part of the impact.
🐶 New this year: The Pet Pass! Your dog can join you for the event and rock a Fayette Cares bandanna just like Winnie.
