We're very excited to be able to move into stage 2!
* For veterinary exams, we are able to have one family member per patient enter the hospital at a time. Please call us when you arrive, and we will let you know as soon as a room is available. Please understand that we are limiting the number of clients in the building at any one time and all clients and employees are required to wear masks or cloth mouth/nose coverings. If you are not able or willing to wear a mask, please let us know. We are still happy to help and will arrange a concierge appointment for you.
* Please help us serve you better by arriving on time for your appointment and no more than a few minutes early! We want to ensure that you are not waiting outside in the heat and that our social distancing protocol is not compromised.
* We are now fully open for Grooming. To ensure social distancing, we are staggering appointment times and pick up times. We will provide concierge service for all grooming appointments and you will not need to enter the building!
* We have re-purposed our Conference Room to see Technician appointments. For your convenience, please park in the spaces directly past the dog park area. You will see that these spaces are designated with cones and signage. Please call us when you arrive. We are only able to accommodate one client at a time and we will let you know as soon as we are ready for you!
* For your safety, we will continue to provide curb side service for all food purchases and prescriptions.
* With the exception of veterinary exams, all monetary transactions will be processed over the phone. Please understand that we are not accepting cash or checks at this time. To make providing care more affordable, we are offering one year of interest free payments for all transactions over $200.00 when you use your CareCredit card. This promotion will be in place througn July 31st, 2020!
