Apple Country Taxidermy is no longer accepting work. I am closing shop and will be focusing on honoring my remaining contracts/ clients’ who’s work I have yet to do. As most of my recent customers know, I have had difficulty balancing a work, family and business life these last few years and I’m going to do what’s best for my family and myself. Hopefully you’ll see me again down the road when life isn’t so chaotic. I want to thank everyone who supported me and brought me business over the last 10 years. I wish you all the best of luck in future seasons and god bless.

Hello everyone! I hope all is well and everyone is staying healthy and enjoying their summer as much as possible!

I have decided that I will no longer be accepting mammals at this time. I will be working exclusively with fish and birds. I have made large investments for birds and fish and I am excited to see what the future brings!

Of course, I will honor the customers and their work that I already have but will no longer be accepting new mammal mounts from this point forward. I have been considering this for some time now and I feel it will be better for my business, myself and my family.

Tomorrow is the first day of turkey season! We wish everyone an enjoyable and successful morning!

Our current 2020 season pricing for turkey mounts are:
Standing pose — $300
Flying pose — $400
Strutting/Gobbling pose — $500
Wing plaque — $175
Traditional tail plaque — $30
*does not include cost of plaques/bases

We have an opening weekend special!
- $30 off any life size turkey mount

We are looking for turkey donations!
- Get $100 off your turkey mount if you bring one and donate one
- If donating a bird, we will gladly breast it out for you so you keep the meat and receive a $50 gift certificate

We buy good condition turkey heads for $5/head! Mature toms only.
