Quick update my son got to come home Monday afternoon so I’m back to business as usual this week. Thank you all for the thoughts and prayers for him and my family.

I would like to provide a brief update regarding my son's medical situation. He underwent surgery on Tuesday to have his appendix removed. Currently, we are waiting for him to tolerate food without any complications before being discharged. As of this morning, despite being on anti-nausea medication, he continues to experience discomfort, which may delay feeding attempts for a couple of days. If any appointments need to be rescheduled for next week or if anyone was missed this week, Norma will reach out to coordinate. I appreciate your understanding and kindness towards my family during this time. Please keep him in your thoughts and prayers for a speedy recovery.

This is Moxie and Australian Cobberdog. She is just over a year old and is anxious when it comes to grooming. With her she builds up until she reacts by mouthing me and we stop and decompress then start back at it again. She has done a complete 180 since I first started grooming her a few months ago I have learned what her triggers are and the best way to work through them for her. I do not use a muzzle because that stresses her out even more. She is on medication from the vet to help with the anxiety but she still has outbursts which I know how to deal with and get her to decompress. She gets lots of love and treats as you will notice I do the sign for “all done” which is my signal to her that we are taking a break. Her and I have built an amazing relationship in such a short time and I just want to brag on her amazing progress. I can’t say enough how much I love her and beyond blessed to be able to work with her. Kristy Gamet

Happy Thanksgiving! 🦃 I am taking a moment to acknowledge and appreciate the gratitude I feel towards each of you and your pets. This year has been outstanding and I am thankful for the friendships we have established.

We have two important announcements regarding the salon location. Our partnership with Groovy Grooming Spa will enable us to fulfill all remaining appointments until the end of the year. Unfortunately, we will not be renewing the lease, and the salon will cease operations at the end of the year. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but we cannot continue to operate the salon beyond the lease expiration. Groovy Grooming Spa will begin accepting new clients at the start of the year for their mobile grooming services. Existing clients interested in continuing with Jodi can inquire about her services and pricing, which include the same level of care and one-on-one appointments to which your pets are accustomed. Our current mobile services and clients are not affected by any changes Whitney will continue business as normal.
