Your pet is booked with the same groomer everytime to help build a trusting and lasting relationship with them.

I had the pleasure of working with an exceptional 4-year-old Saint Bernard today, dedicating 4 hours to his care. His background in an abusive situation necessitated a gentle approach, taking time to understand and work within his limitations. His coat was in dire need of deshedding to regain its natural beauty. Given his sensitivity around his feet and a specific chest area, I carefully respected his boundaries, refraining from pushing him beyond what he was comfortable with. To remove mats from his legs and sanitary area effectively, I positioned myself on the table, prioritizing his comfort and building trust. His owner has scheduled regular appointments to facilitate a lasting and trusting bond, essential for a dog with a history of being let down by humans. It's heartening to see him now with caring owners dedicated to giving him the best life possible.
